Cirrus Construction, Inc. was incorporated in 2005. Owners are Scott Flanagan and Charlie Hall.
We are licensed General Contractors, with unlimited licenses in North
Carolina and Virginia. Our emphasis is on Design-Build construction projects. What sets Cirrus apart from many of our competitors is our in-house engineering and design capabilities. This allows us to respond quickly to the owner’s project requirements. Our extensive network of design professionals allows us to tackle projects of all sizes. Though we are a young company, we bring over 70 years of
experience in the construction industry. Our
experience includes the design, estimating, and management of various
construction projects. These
projects range from new construction, to renovation of existing facilities, to
retrofitting structures for new uses. Past
